1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

You can initiate a return within 30 days of your purchase. To qualify for a return, please ensure that the item meets the following criteria:

  • It should be returned in the original packaging.
  • Any item displaying signs of wear or damage won't be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and specify the reason for your return.
  • Once your return is authorized, we will send you the return shipping address.
  • Please provide the return tracking number after sending the parcel back, we will refund the money in 3-5 days when receive the parcel.

2. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will contact you to confirm the refund money. The money will be refunded to your original payment method.
